London theatre workshops “Insomniac Society”

Gatton Community Theatre is workshopping Insomniac Society as part of Scratch Scripts. Young actors ages 13 to 25 are rehearsing and refining this new script Monday October 27 to Friday October 31, with a showcase of their work on Friday evening at Royal Alexandra & Albert School in Gatton Park, Reigate, London, England. In this 50-minute darkly comedic script with a gender-neutral cast of 14 teens, lonely teenagers who cannot sleep at night form an online community. “Rainbow Sprinkles” plays in Hollywood

“The Boy Who Cried Wolf” plays in Australia

Students from St Kevin’s and Sacré Coeur perform The Boy Who Cried Wolf  October 14 through October 16 at St Kevin’s College in Toorak, Victoria, Australia. In this morality tale, a young shepherd on duty tries to impress a girl. He gives into peer pressure, and his decision to pretend a pack of wolves are on the prowl, leads to a difficult lesson both for him and for the sheep he is meant to be protecting.
