Chicago’s Annoyance Theatre. In this one-act youth play, Emperor Waddlesworth makes
the penguin colony fish nonstop to keep up with the demands of furnishing the
Emperor’s fancy wardrobe. Flimflam, the seal, and Sham, the squid, hatch a plan
