The University of Central Missouri’s Department of
Theatre and Dance presents four one-act plays December 4 through 6 at Nickerson
Hall’s Black Box Theatre in Warrensburg, Missouri. Stacey Lane’s two-hander
comedy Rainbow Sprinkles plays
alongside Christopher Durang’s Canker Sores
and Other Distractions, O. Henry’s While the Auto Waits (adapted for the
stage by Walter Wykes), and L.B. Hamilton’s Buyer$ Market. In Rainbow Sprinkles, a well-meaning
children’s entertainer tries to convince a conservative businesswoman that his
birthday party clown act will not offend her politically-correct friends. To
